Székesfehérvár:
Székesfehérvár is a city in central Hungary, located around 65 km southwest of Budapest. In the Middle Ages the city was a royal residence and the most important city of Hungary. Now it is an international center of industry, a major town of education and a tourists´ center visited by several hundreds of thousands guests.
The historic inner town could be seen as an illustration of the history of past centuries: the Ruin park, the Saint Stephen cathedral, the Gothic Saint Anna chapel, the Carmelite church , the Saint John of Nepomuk church, the Serbian Catholic church and the Roman Catholic church of the district Felsováros were all built in baroque style. The Episcopal Palace , the Town Hall and the County Hall were built in Louis XVI. baroque and neoclassical style respectively.
